With WinStar Wallet, you’re able to win big without an ATM. By securely connecting to your Club Passport card, WinStar Wallet enables you to digitally access gaming funds for an easier way to play. Simply download the My WinStar app, and visit the Players Club desk to connect your WinStar Wallet to your Club Passport account. WinStar Wallet is only available at participating electronic games, restaurants, bars, and gift shops.
From there, you can easily fund your WinStar Wallet with a credit card, debit card or bank account. Instead of carrying cash, just insert your Club Passport card into the gaming machine of your choice and select the amount you’d like to spend from your Wallet. In order to use your WinStar Wallet, you must link it to your WinStar Club Passport account and choose a 4-digit PIN. It is recommended to set your WinStar Wallet PIN to be the same as your WinStar Club Passport PIN; please keep in mind that the PIN may not begin with a 0 (zero) or be a portion of your date of birth or Social Security number. If registering via the My WinStar app, you will still need to visit a cashier with a valid ID before proceeding to Step 3. Completing these steps grants you instant access to your funds when you play with your WinStar Club Passport card.
The $ToGo transaction option allows you to redeem your WinStar Wallet funds touch-free at any full-service kiosk. Start by initiating the transaction on the app, then enter the code displayed on the kiosk to receive a voucher for your funds.
With Full Membership:
- Maximum balance: $10,000
- Daily limit: $10,000 in deposits, $10,000 in withdrawals
- Weekly limit: $25,000 in deposits, $25,000 in withdrawals
- Monthly limit: $50,000 in deposits, $50,000 in withdrawals
No, currently your wallet cannot be used for the following:
- Lucas Oil Live
- WinStar Hotel, Inn, or RV Park
- Valet Services
- Table Games, OTB, Poker, or Bingo
You may upload your money back into your WinStar Wallet account. There are two ways to do this:
- Select Wallet, enter your PIN, select Deposit, enter the amount.
- Before removing your Club Passport card from the machine, press the Cash Out button.
Please note that if you remove your Club Passport card from the machine before selecting Cash Out, the machine will instead print a voucher for the remaining funds on the machine.
Yes, you will be able to transfer money back to your bank account or credit/debit card. However, it may take a few business days for the transaction to clear.
